Full bathroom renovation
Complete strip-out and re-pipe of a main en-suite — new fixtures, concealed cisterns, thermostatic shower mixer, and waterproofing coordination with the tiler.
Burst geyser — same-day replacement
Geyser failure in a roof space, ceiling water damage in progress. New 200L geyser supplied, drip tray and overflow installed, full SANS compliance, COC issued same day.
Restaurant kitchen plumbing fit-out
First and second-fix plumbing for a 120-seat restaurant — grease traps, dishwasher, three-bay sinks, hot water reticulation, and SANS-compliant gas-fired water heating.
Slab leak — non-destructive repair
Damp report on a property in transfer. Pinpointed a hot-water leak under a tiled slab using acoustic detection; repaired through a 40mm core hole — no broken tiles, no ripped-up floor.
Blocked sewer line — root intrusion
Repeated blockages traced via CCTV to root intrusion at a clay-pipe joint. Jetted clean, joint repaired with a no-dig liner. Owner avoided a R40k+ trench-and-replace job.
Rainwater harvesting installation
5,000L JoJo tank system with first-flush diverter, booster pump, and dual-feed to garden taps and laundry. Reduced municipal water usage by ~35% for the household.
