Yes. For most jobs we inspect on site and issue a written quote at no charge. Complex installations or commercial projects may carry a small assessment fee, which we'll tell you about upfront and credit back if you proceed.
Within our service area we aim to be on site within 60–90 minutes of an emergency call. Our 24/7 line is answered by a real person, not a machine — so we can dispatch immediately.
Yes — all our plumbers are PIRB-registered and can issue valid COCs required for property transfers, insurance claims, and water-leakage assessments.
Every job is backed by a 12-month guarantee on workmanship. If something we installed or repaired fails due to our work, we return and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply on top of this.
Yes. We work with most major insurers on burst-pipe, geyser, and water-damage claims — providing reports, photos, and compliance certificates as required.
We cover Johannesburg and surrounds. Outside the standard area we may apply a travel fee — just ask when you book.
